Creator OS ("the Service") is operated by Leroy ter Braak LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect through the Service, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to agency staff who use Creator OS to manage client YouTube channels, and to clients who connect their own YouTube channel and use the client portal.
Account information. Name, email address, role, and (if provided) a profile photo, collected when you sign in.
YouTube data (via Google OAuth). When you connect a YouTube channel, we request read-only access to your channel and analytics data using theyoutube.readonly andyt-analytics.readonlyscopes. This lets us show your channel's videos, view/like/comment counts, click-through rate, audience retention, and traffic sources inside the Service. We never post, edit, delete, or otherwise modify anything on your YouTube channel, and we never request access to your Google account beyond these two read-only scopes.
Meeting data. If your agency records strategy calls, we receive the call title, date, summary, action items, a link to the recording, and (for internal RAG search) the transcript text and attendee email addresses, from our transcription provider, Fireflies.ai.
Content you create in the Service. Messages, video/idea notes, uploaded thumbnails and files, and any other content you type or upload while using Creator OS.
Cookies.We use a small number of functional cookies to keep you signed in and to remember which client you're currently viewing. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
To operate the Service: displaying your channel's analytics, tracking production/ideation work, generating AI-assisted answers and drafts (via Anthropic's Claude and Voyage AI, described below), and sending account-related email (via Resend) such as sign-in links and notifications. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your YouTube data or meeting content for advertising.
We share data with the following service providers, solely to operate the Service on our behalf:
We do not otherwise sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, except as required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We retain data for as long as your account or your agency's account is active. Uploaded thumbnail concepts are automatically deleted after 90 days. You can disconnect your YouTube channel at any time from within the Service, which revokes our access token immediately. To request deletion of your account or other personal data, contact us at the address below.
Access to data is restricted by row-level security so that each agency and its clients can only see their own data. OAuth tokens are stored server-side and are never exposed to the browser.
The Service is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
